Q: Can I return or exchange something that I've purchased from you?
Yes we do return or exchange. Please take the time to use our sizing guide before your purchase to prevent disappointment.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you require an exchange in size/color, you can simply return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.
Kindly note that all shipping charges for returns and exchanges will have to be borne by you and we will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit.
We strongly recommend that you return items using a Royal Mail or DPD registered post service with compensation cover and obtain a certificate of posting for your records as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us.
Q: How do I return or exchange something that I've purchased from you?
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “RETURN + order number” whether you require an exchange or refund.
All items to be returned or exchanged have to be in mint condition, with all tags, original packaging and in brand new condition. Kindly note that all returns and exchanges are evaluated strictly. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges if the item(s) do not meet our strict standards. If rejected, items will be mailed back to you at your cost.
Mistakes with Orders
We offer free return and exchange services under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged merchandise
We provide a 30 days grace period (starts after we have mailed out your order) for you to initiate contact us, and let us know about either of the two circumstances mentioned above. If during this grace period you decide to return or exchange your purchase(s), simply contact us and let us know by email email@example.com
