Q: Can I return or exchange something I purchased from you?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges — except on Sample Sale items. Please refer to our sizing guide before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or need to exchange it for a different size or color, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

• We do not cover packages lost in transit — we strongly recommend using Royal Mail or DPD registered post with compensation cover, and obtaining a certificate of posting.

•For international returns, you are responsible for following customs clearance procedures and covering any associated fees.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

Please email us at returns@dystopiaclothing.com with the subject line:
“RETURN + [Your Order Number]”, and indicate whether you'd like a refund or exchange.

Returned items must:

 • Be in mint, unworn condition

• Include all original tags and packaging

• Pass our quality inspection

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet these standards. Rejected items will be returned to you at your cost.
