RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Can I return or exchange something that I've purchased from you?
We offer return and exchange services under the following circumstances:

- Incorrect item received
- Damaged merchandise

We provide a 7 day grace period (starts after we have mailed out your order) for you to initiate contact us, and let us know about either of the two circumstances mentioned above. If during this grace period you decide to return or exchange your purchase(s), simply contact us and let us know.

All items to be returned or exchanged have to be in mint condition, with all tags, original packaging and in brand new condition. Kindly note that all returns and exchanges are evaluated strictly. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges if the item(s) do not meet our strict standards. If rejected, items will be mailed back to you at your cost.

Kindly note that all shipping charges for returns and exchanges will have to be borne by you and we will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit.

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit equivalent to your returned amount (excludes postage, both ways). Exchanges are subject to availability of the item(s) of your choice. If the items you wish to exchange for are not available, a refund in the form of store credit will be issued instead. Please note that your store credits will expire in 3 months from the date of issue.

International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns and exchanges for international orders. Rest assured that we will check all items for defects and ensure that they are in good condition before mailing them out.
